To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company or its suppliers be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data or other information, for business interruption, for personal injury, loss of privacy arising out of or in any way related to the use of or inability to use the Service, third-party software and/or third-party hardware used with the Service, or otherwise in connection with any provision of this Terms), even if the Company or any supplier has been advised of the possibility of such damages and even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose.
You agree to indemnify and hold KAPTAS harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes, and your continued use of the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the [Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996].
