Data Deletion Instructions

GarageManagement.in provides a software platform that allows businesses to connect their WhatsApp Business Account using Meta Embedded Signup. This page explains how users can request deletion of data associated with their use of our application.

How to Request Data Deletion

If you want to delete your data associated with GarageManagement.in, you may do so using one of the methods below.

Option 1: Email Request

You may request deletion of your data by sending an email to:

Subject: Data Deletion Request

Please include the following information in your email:

• Your registered email address
• Your WhatsApp Business phone number
• Your business name (optional)

Once we receive your request, we will verify the details and initiate the deletion process.

Option 2: Disconnect the App

You may also delete your data by disconnecting the WhatsApp integration from your GarageManagement.in account dashboard.

When the integration is disconnected:

• Access to WhatsApp services through our platform is stopped
• WhatsApp-related data stored by GarageManagement.in is scheduled for deletion

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon a valid deletion request, GarageManagement.in permanently deletes all WhatsApp-related data associated with your account, including:

• WhatsApp Business Account identifiers
• Connected phone number information
• Business profile and integration configuration data

GarageManagement.in does not retain this data after deletion unless required by law.

Deletion Timeline

All data deletion requests are processed within 7 business days.

After Deletion

After your data is deleted:

• WhatsApp messaging through GarageManagement.in will no longer be available
• The WhatsApp account must be reconnected through Meta Embedded Signup to use the service again
