Automate is available on a subscription basis. By subscribing to our service, you agree to pay the applicable subscription fees according to the plan you selected.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • 30-Days: If you are a new user and have subscribed to a paid plan, you may be eligible for a full refund if you request it within 30 days of your subscription start date / initial payment whichever is earlier. The refund request must be submitted to us via email at arun@kaptastech.com within this 30-day period.

  • No Refunds for Partial Periods: We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods or unused portions of the subscription term.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Submit a Request: Send an email to support@garagemanagement.in with your refund request. Include your account details, subscription plan, and the reason for the refund request.

  • 2. Review: Our support team will review your request and may contact you for additional information if necessary.

  • 3. Approval: If your request is approved, we will process the refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Exceptions

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Certain fees, such as setup fees or one-time charges, may be non-refundable. These will be specified at the time of purchase.

  • Violation of Terms: No refunds will be granted if the user is found to be in violation of our Terms and Conditions.
